Brazoria County bonds, Oct. 31

On Oct. 31, Brazoria County Sheriff reported on the following bonds:

A bond was posted for Dedrick Andre Hall, 21.

Hall is described as a 5-foot-2 black male. He is 125 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He resides at 5606 Southlee, Houston.



A bail bond was posted for Charles Hinojosa, 22.

Hinojosa is described as a 5-foot-8 white male. He is 225 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He resides at 8169 Garland, Houston.



A bond was posted for Chelsea Marie Johnson, 24.

Johnson is described as a 5-foot-6 black female. She is 138 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She resides at 5022 Parkridge Drive, Houston.



A $5,000 bail bond was posted for Ross Michael Marquette, 25. Marquette was confined on Oct. 31 on a charge of assault fv impede breath or blood. He was released on Oct. 31.

Houston Police Department blotter, Oct. 31

The Houston Police Department reported the following nearby crimes on Oct. 31:

An incident involving theft was reported at 1:14 a.m. in the 5300 block of Braeswood Blvd.

At 3:30 a.m., an incidence of robbery was reported in the 6200 block of Bellfort St.

At 7:39 a.m., robbery was reported in the 5600 block of Beechnut St.

At 8 a.m., burglary was reported in the 6000 block of Lymbar Drive.

At noon, an incidence of auto theft was reported in the 4600 block of Wild Indigo.

At 7 p.m., an incidence of burglary was reported in the 6300 block of Bellfort St.

At 8 p.m., burglary was reported in the 5300 block of Spellman Road.

An incident involving theft was reported at 8:13 p.m. in the 11200 block of FonDrive en Road.

Yicena Y Aviles Released

Yicena Y Aviles was released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff‘s Office. Aviles is listed as living at 10402 Sandpiper in Houston. Bond for Ms. Aviles was set at $500. In a real property case filed on Oct. 31 at the 149th District Court in Brazoria County, Gmac Mortgage LLC and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas were named as the defendants.
